Kathy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Metropolitan State University in 2000 and completed coursework towards a Master of Art degree in Human Resource Management from St. Mary’s University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Twin Cities SHRM organization and holds a PHR certification.
Kathy has over 29 years of overall Human Resource experience in the Secondary Education, Hospitality and Catering, Nonprofits, Dental and Ophthalmology, and IT, Finance and Professional Services industries. She has significant experience in Recruitment and Talent Management, Employee Relations, Employment Law, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Conflict Resolution, Mergers and Acquisitions, HRIS and Technology, HR Consulting, and overall HR Strategy and Compliance.
