HR on Retainer

Do you have regular HR concerns and challenges, but not enough to justify a full-time HR Leader?  With the HR retainer program, our expert team provides hands-on help on an as-needed basis at a price below our normal hourly rate.  We can scale our services to meet your needs with three options:

 

  1. A two-hour per month consulting agreement to answer your HR questions as they arise via phone, in-person or via email.
  2. Onsite or remote expertise, with one of our team members dedicating up to 20 hours per week to help for a specific period or with a certain project.
  3. Custom-built retainer agreement to suit your needs as your business grows and changes.

Policies and Procedures

To build a successful business, you need fair, compliant policies that reflect best HR practices.  While employee handbooks aren’t legally required in most jurisdictions, a handbook setting forth your company’s employment policies reassures employees they know the rules and provides managers a way to apply policies consistently.

 

In addition to a handbook, your business may need other policies that help smooth operations.  An operations manual to house policies outside of those related directly to employment can be helpful.  These can include IT/Cyber Security, business expenses, and travel.

 

And as we all now know, sometimes you need policies to handle the unexpected - from beginning to end.
