Kathy Knipp is the CEO and HR Consultant at Knipp Consulting. In this role, Kathy takes her 25+ years of HR experience to help small and medium size businesses understand their obligations to a growing workforce by offering consulting services that will allow those managers and owners to move HR off of their plates so they can focus their time and energy on their business. She has a passion for the people side of the business, and thrives in helping business leaders take care of their people.
